What You Need Before We Start
Look, we're not going to pretend this is complicated. But there are a few things that make our work together actually useful instead of just another meeting on your calendar.
When clients come prepared, we spend less time hunting for documents and more time solving actual problems. That sounds obvious, but you'd be surprised how often people show up without the basics.
- Your last two years of financial statements (even rough ones are fine)
- Current bank statements for all business accounts
- A list of regular expenses—doesn't need to be perfect
- Any existing debt agreements or payment plans
- Questions you actually want answered (seriously, write them down)
- Realistic expectations about what numbers can and can't tell you
